Career snapshot/ specialty areas: A seasoned professional, Bill draws on over 35 years of experience in accounting and taxation when advising clients on corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance and planning issues. In addition, he has an expertise in international tax planning and compliance for businesses and individuals. Clients gain a competitive advantage working with Bill as he leverages his years spent serving clients in a variety of industries, with a heavy focus on hedge funds, venture capital, real estate, professional services, and manufacturing.

Leadership role at MTL: Because of his depth of knowledge and decades in the profession, Bill is a role model for many of the firm’s youngest staff. He is always willing to share his experiences and help others advance their careers.   

Education: A graduate of Rider University, Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1987, and in 1998, earned his Masters of Science (MS) in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Professional associations/certifications: Bill is currently licensed as a CPA in three states – New Jersey, California and Florida.

Professional affiliations: He is a member of the American Society, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, CalCPA, and the Florida Institute of CPAs.

Community involvement: Bill is well-known in the CPA world and has been quoted in various industry publications and lectures on a variety of taxation topics.

Personal interests: Bill enjoys music of all types, fishing, and is an avid collector of wristwatches.
